We would like to inform you about the change in our institute’s name. Our “New lmage lnstitute” has been reregisteredas “lmage lnstitute Pvt. Ltd,” previously we were not registered as Company. lt was registered as education lnstitute under Department of Cottage and Small lndustries which allowed us to do education lnstitute business but in the beginning of October 2017, Ministry of Education told us that all the education lnstitute thatprovides counseling for study abroad should be registered under Office of the Company Registrar as Private Limited,we also provide counseling service for study abroad, therefore we re-registered upgrading our institute intocompany as “lmage lnstitute Pvt. Ltd”.
