Notice Regarding Change of Institute Name and Registration!!

We would like to inform you about the change in the name and registration status of our institute.

Previously, our institute was registered as “New Image Institute” under the Department of Cottage and Small Industries. At that time, it was registered as an educational institute and was legally permitted to provide educational services.

However, in October 2017, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Nepal informed educational institutes providing counseling and consultancy services for students wishing to study abroad that they were required to be registered as a Private Limited Company under the Office of the Company Registrar.

As our institute also provides educational counseling and consultancy services for students planning to study abroad, we therefore completed the required re-registration process and upgraded our legal status from an educational institute to a private limited company.

Accordingly, our institute is now officially registered as:

“Image Institute Pvt. Ltd.”

We would like to assure our valued partners, students, and associated institutions that this change was made in accordance with the applicable regulations and requirements of the Government of Nepal.
